铸钢件缺陷修复工艺Repair Procedure For Steel Casting’s Defects
铸钢件缺陷修复流程如下:
The repair process for steel casting’s defects as following:
1、 在原缺陷处进行清除并打磨表面露出金属光泽,自检合格后,采用100%MT磁粉检验,检查缺陷是否清除干净并出检验报告,填报检单向质管处指定的QC报检, 认可后向船东、船检报检;
Defects will be removed, and the surface will be ground appearing metal gloss after removing of the defects. Then 100% MT will be carried out for checking whether the defects are removed off completely or not. After finish above mentioned works QC will check that. If QC accepted that, we will arrange inspection for owner and class.
2、 MT磁粉检验合格后,方可焊前预热。施工人员按附件中的工艺对铸钢件焊补区域进行预热,当温度在120-200℃满足工艺要求后,向船东船检报检,并用点温计记录现场温度(图片记录)。
It can be pre-heated before welding when it’s qualified after MT test. The workers will pre-heat the welding repair area according to the attached procedure. When the temperature is 120-200℃ and meet the standard of the procedure, we will arrange the inspection for owner and class. We will use digimite to record the temperature at site (Record by figures)
3、 焊接按认可的工艺规范和二类焊工施焊。
Welding will according to the procedure standard. The welders will be Class II Welder.
4、 焊后为局部消除应力热处理,需按工艺要求进行加热退火处理,并保温2小时,用点温计记录现场温度(图片记录),向船东船检报检。
After welding, some area will be stress relieving according to procedure requirement and do the heat-treatment annealing, and keep the temperature for 2 hours. We will use digimite to record the temperature at site (Record by figures). We will arrange the inspection for owner and class.
5、 焊后做UT和MT检验,检验报告船东、船检签字确认,保存检验记录。
UT and MT inspect will be carried out after welding. The inspect record will be confirmed and signed by owner and class, and we will preserve the inspect record.
